Prom 2011, Hannah and Quinn

What an incredibly gorgeous pair! I am so happy a good friend asked me to photograph this couple for prom- it was more great experience, and I just enjoyed seeing all the breathtaking dresses and beautiful faces!

A Walk with Kadence

I thought about attempting a more clever title, like "Walking in cadence with Kadence" but went with a safer title so as not to risk sounding too cheesy ;) ...we had lots of fun walking through the park, chasing ducks, and people-watching (or watching Kadence watch people, lol!). I think she could be a little model in her baby Gap denim! Here are a few of my favorite shots from the day.

yummy reward for being such a sweetie!

Tamelings (my first indoor photo shoot)

When the forecast called for nothing but rain the day of our outdoor photo shoot, I figured it was a good chance to try out some new indoor backdrop equipment! I am very thankful to my sweet  friends for letting me take over some space in their house, and I learned so much while they patiently let me practice something new to me. I wish I had gotten more good shots of them, but here are a few that I did manage to capture ;). Thanks again, Tamelings- you are such a beautiful family!!

Colby and Summer

I had the opportunity to photograph the adorable kiddos of one of my best friends a couple weeks ago, and I can't wait to take more pictures of them soon! They are perfect little practice models (and much more patient than my own children, hehe!)...Enjoy :)

Bonar Family Portraits

I had the privilege of photographing this beautiful family last month, and I'm so
thankful to them for helping me get some practice at outdoor family portaits!
(ps-Aren't those little boys so handsome?? What a photogenic family!)

[ I think this one is my favorite :) ]
